Ticketing Policies for Dinner Show Productions

 

Plays, prices, schedules, artists and performance locales are subject to change.

If unforeseen circumstances (i.e. a natural disaster), Center on the Square reserves the right to cancel a performance or production. At the discretion of Center on the Square, ticket holders shall be issued either a rain-check voucher, a ticket for an alternate performance or a refund by mail of the actual cost of the ticket(s).

Reservations and cancellations are required 24 hours in advance.  A credit card guarantee is required for all reservations.  Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to a performance or no-shows will be charged the full price of the ticket, and a voucher for an alternate performance will be issued upon request.  This policy applies to gift certificates, complementary passes and/or any other pass offering free or discounted admission.  Complimentary tickets will be voided if cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the performance.

Tickets are only good for the performance date and time reflected on your ticket.

If unforeseen circumstances (i.e. a natural disaster), Center on the Square reserves the right to cancel a performance or production. At the discretion of Center on the Square, ticket holders shall be issued either a rain-check voucher, a ticket for an alternate performance or a refund by mail of the actual cost of the ticket(s).

Children age 4 and up must have a ticket. Children age 3 and below must have a ticket OR sit in an adult’s lap during the performance.

Exchanges for Show-Only Tickets

Patrons may not exchange reserved tickets prior to any performance.  Reserved tickets may be used for a later performance of the same production on any night at the time of curtain IF TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE. No guarantee as to availability can be made.  Tickets cannot be exchanged for an alternate production within the season.

Refunds for Show-Only Tickets

No refunds are given for ticket purchases. All sales are final.
Unable to use a ticket? Donate it for resale in person prior to the performance and receive a full tax deduction.

 

Tickets may be purchased through our box office at 501-368-0111.  Box office hours are Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Fridays, and Saturdays

Dinner 6:30 pm    Curtain 7:30 pm

$27 Regular/$24 Seniors

 

Sundays

Lunch 12:30 pm Curtain 1:30 pm

$24 Regular/$21 Seniors

 

Discounts available for Seniors 60+ and Groups over 20.

Show-only Tickets available 15 minutes before curtain based on availability for $13.50 each.
