Sept. 7-8: Our good friends (and sponsors for this spring's "Wally's Cafe") at RibCrib open our exciting ninth season with Smoked Turkey, Polish Sausage, Ranch Beans and Potato Salad.

Sept. 13-15: We welcome back to our kitchen Kim DeMaris (who recently opened Mimi's Cafe on Benton Street) with a Fabulous Fiesta Buffet with Firecraker Casserole (Mexican casserole that's somewhat spicy), Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas, Grilled Chicken Breasts, Mexican Rice and Green Beans.

Sept. 21-23: Charley's Restaurant brings a Center on the Square favorite--Generous portions of Baked Ziti with Meat Sauce, Penne Noodles with Red Sauce and Meatballs, Breaded Eggplant and Mixed Italian Vegetables.

Oct. 19—Sam Johnson and Eagleview Catering bring you Pulled Pork, Chicken Breasts, Scalloped Potatoes and Baked Beans

Oct. 20—Mimi’s Cafeteria offers Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Pork Loin, Twice Baked Potato Casserole and Broccoli with Cheese.

Oct. 25-27—Grandpa’s provides Sliced Brisket, Smoked Chicken, Green Beans and Potato Salad

Nov. 2-4—ASU-Beebe’s University Café delivers Beef Tips and Noodles with Gravy, Baked Chicken with Gravy, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Carrots and Green Beans

 

   

A Christmas Carol

Dec. 6-8—Catering by Michael Morton, a new affiliate of Center on the Square, offers Poppy Seed Chicken, Pineapple Pork Loin Chops, Roasted Rosemary New Potatoes, Glazed Carrots


Dec. 13-16—Sam Johnson and Eagleview Catering bring forth traditional Christmas fare with Turkey and Dressing, Smoked Ham, Creamed Potatoes and Green Beans.


Dec. 20-22—Doc's Grill will round off our holiday dinners with Grilled Pork Chops, Grilled Chicken, Fresh Green Beans with Red Peppers and Onions and Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.

Jan. 25-26—Catering by Michael Morton offers Chicken Eden Isle, Broiled Beef Tips, Wild Rice and Green Beans with Toasted Almonds


Feb. 1-2—Grandpa’s Barbecue brings down-home goodness to the table with Ribs, Sliced Ham, Baked Beans and Green Beans.


Feb. 8-10; 14—ASU-Beebe’s University Café provides Chicken Stir Fry, Roast Beef with Gravy, White Rice and Asparagus Mushrooms and Onions.
